The aim of these plans is to prevent stagnation, keep your website improving and to support your business by helping you get more leads and sales from your site.
You don’t just get growth and support, you also get a new team member shouting in your corner. (P.S. your team member will be me, Lucian 👋🏼)
Below you’ll find the benefits of these plans as well as the different tiers available and the terms. I truly look forward to working with you!
Note: Set-up is free within one month of your website project offboarding. There is a £95 set-up fee for signing up past this date or for new customers.
Best for: Small businesses that don’t want to think about their website day to day. You need reliable hands for general updates, fixes and additions, and to flag issues before they become problems. This is about outsourcing the practical work so your site stays in good shape while you focus on running the business.
Best for: Businesses that want their website to do more than just exist. You’re ready to build on a solid foundation, make regular improvements, and use data and strategy to guide changes. This plan is for you if you want ongoing progress, clearer insight, and more time to improve conversions and lead generation.
Everything in Support, plus…
Best for: Businesses that want a true ongoing partnership. Your site is actively shaped, improved and discussed together. You get an expert who knows your website inside out, thinks ahead, and works with your team to deliver meaningful improvements month after month. Strategy-led, conversion-focused and collaboratively-run.
Everything in Growth, plus…
Best for: Established brands that want a fractional website expert who becomes part of the team, understands your wider marketing efforts, and translates ideas and campaigns into a website that actually supports them. You get an in-house web designer without the cost of a full-time hire, who leads decisions and drives growth and performance.
Everything in Partner, plus…
The following are also available as bolt-ons to the above plans. Services are supplied by our partner network “The Lumin Pack”.
Sign-up is free within one month of your website project offboarding. After that, or for new customers, there's a one-off £95 set-up fee. This covers getting your dashboard set up, onboarding and an initial call together. The set-up fee is charged after you sign up.
Once you're signed up, we'll have a complimentary kick-off call to get aligned on priorities and plan the first month.
You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 14 days' written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing month, so you'll always get the full month you've paid for. There are no cancellation fees. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect from the start of the following billing month.
Your retainer hours are fixed each month. They don't roll over and can't be borrowed from the following month.
Retainer hours cover web design, development, strategy, content updates, site edits, fixes and general communication time outside of your included calls.
Your scheduled calls and catch-ups are not counted against your retainer — those are included in your plan.
If you're regularly using more than your retainer allows, it's worth moving up to the next tier. I'll always flag when you're getting close to your limit and check in before going over.
Any work beyond your monthly retainer is charged at £60/hour, minus any discount that applies to your plan tier. I'll always confirm with you before going ahead with anything extra. Additional work is subject to availability.
Payments
Payment is due at the start of each billing month. You can pay by automatic monthly payment via Stripe or by monthly invoice and bank transfer — whichever works best for you.
If you start partway through the month, your first payment will be prorated. After that, payments run on the 1st of each month.
You're welcome to make changes to your website directly. Any fixes needed as a result of those changes will come out of your retainer hours. It's also your responsibility to make sure any media you upload is optimised so it doesn't slow the site down.
These plan terms sit alongside the Lumin Service Terms, which cover intellectual property, liability, subcontracting, data protection and governing law.
