This is for the website owners who know their website needs improving, but they want to do it gradually. This plan is tailored to help you incrementally improve your website month-on-month as opposed to the other plans which are focused on support and growth of a website you’re already happy with.
I.e. if we didn’t make your site, and you want some steady, larger improvements over a few months or more, this one’s for you.
Cost: £400/month
You get:
- 10 hours per month to design and build new sections and pages, or fine-tune existing ones, “gradually redesigning” your website each month.
- Free initial clarity workshop — To get clear on your goals, marketing presence and strengths, we’ll kick off with a complementary Crescent Moon Clarity Workshop.
- One strategy session in 3 months — To look at our progress against our goals, re-evaluate any new sticking points and make a plan for the next few months going forward
Plus, everything in our basic Support plan:
- Optional 20-minute video calls every month included outside of your monthly retainer hours to make plans and arrangements for the coming month
- Premium privacy-friendly website analytics — Essential for tracking and improving the website
- Google Search Console set up and monitoring
- Monthly reports including analytics and any work done on your website
- Access to your own member's area where you can check on the project, make requests and access important documents
- Access to our content partner for SEO-optimised blog posts every month (as an add-on)
- Monthly form testing — so you never miss an enquiry
- Monthly web vitals check — so your website remains performant and accessible

Terms
Starting/cancelling
- There is no set-up fee for this plan.
- Cancel or change your plan and/or content plan at any time with 1 week's notice. There are no cancellation fees.
Retainer hours and calls
- You get a fixed number of retainer hours per month and they do not roll over to the next month.
- Retainer hours cover web design, web development, web strategy, content updates, site edits and fixes, and communication and support time (meetings, emails, messaging) outside of that agreed in your plan.
- Quarterly strategy calls and monthly catch-ups are optional for you to attend and do not count towards your monthly retainer.
- Additional work outside of your retainer hours is not guaranteed to be completed immediately. If you think you will regularly exceed your retainer, add additional hours to your plan for a rate of £35 per hour.
- I use time-tracking software to keep track of your usage. I will inform you when you are nearing your limit. I can also send time reports upon request.
- If you run out of retainer hours I will inform you before continuing any work and charge you at my hourly rate if you confirm.
Payments
- You will be sent an easy sign-up link, managed by Stripe, which will set up automatic monthly payments.
- Payments will come out every month on the same date you signed up on until cancelled.
- If your monthly payment fails, all work will be paused until the payment is made.
Making changes and future work
- It is recommended that I carry out any edits on your site while you’re on this Gradual Revamp plan. However, you are more than welcome to make your own changes, but please bear in mind that any breaks that occur due to your edits will be fixed using your retainer hours. It will also be your responsibility to ensure any media or changes are optimised to prevent slowing down the site. For these reasons, it’s recommended that I carry out your site edits while you’re on a plan.
- Once we are done revamping your site, you may choose to move onto a Growth and Support plan to keep receiving support, improving your site and receiving your other benefits.
