Note: Set up is free within 1 month of your offboarding. There is a £95 set-up fee for signing up past this date or for new customers.
Support — £195 per month
Best for: Small businesses that don’t want to think about their website day to day. You need reliable hands for general updates, fixes and additions, and to flag issues before they become problems. This is about outsourcing the practical work so your site stays in good shape while you focus on running the business.
- 3 hours per month for fixes, tweaks and support queries. Includes video tutorials on request for support queries.
- Monthly 30-minute 1:1 sessions included outside of your monthly retainer hours to make plans and arrangements for the coming month, ideate and work through any challenges you're facing together.
- Premium privacy-friendly website analytics — Essential for tracking and improving the website
- Google Search Console set up and monitoring
- Monthly reports including analytics and any work done on your website
- Access to your own client dashboard where you can check on tasks, make and prioritise requests and access important documents
- Access to our content partner for SEO-optimised blog posts every month (as an add-on starting from an extra £95/month for 1 blog article)
- Monthly form testing — so you never miss an enquiry
- Monthly web vitals check — so your website remains performant, and accessible, and you're not losing any customers due to an unknown issue
Growth — £375 per month
Best for: Businesses that want their website to do more than just exist. You’re ready to build on a solid foundation, make regular improvements, and use data and strategy to guide changes. This plan is for you if you want ongoing progress, clearer insight, and more time to improve conversions and lead generation.
Everything in Support, plus…
- 6 hours per month for website additions and optimisations every month (e.g. adding new sections, creating landing pages, integrating new features, optimising a specific page based on analytics)
- Quarterly strategy sessions — to summarise the last quarter, talk through your current goals and problems and create an action plan on how to solve those for the next quarter
- Monthly light analytics analysis to look for opportunities to improve website conversions and lead gen
- Heatmap and session user analysis — Heatmap and session recording software set up, giving us precise insights into how users interact with every page, so we can find quick wins and common issues.
- 10% off any additional work (e.g. larger projects/additions outside of your retainer)
Partner — £675 per month
Best for: Businesses that want a true ongoing partnership. Your site is actively shaped, improved and discussed together. You get an expert who knows your website inside out, thinks ahead, and works with your team to deliver meaningful improvements month after month. Strategy-led, conversion-focused and collaboratively-run.
Everything in Growth, plus…
- 12 hours per month for website additions and optimisations every month (e.g. adding new sections, creating more tailored landing pages, integrating new features, optimising a specific page based on analytics)
- 1.5 hours for meetings and integrated campaign planning — Looking at your goals and upcoming campaigns, I’ll work together with you or your team on a regular basis to tightly integrate your website and strategies with the rest of your marketing
- Monthly analytics and conversion insight reviews
- Monthly light SEO health check and improvements (e.g. Google Search Console, internal linking, 404 checks, alt text)
- Priority support — Your requests jump to the top of the queue
- 15% off any additional work (e.g. larger projects/additions outside of your retainer)
Luminary — £950 per month
Best for: Established brands that want a fractional website expert who becomes part of the team, understands your wider marketing efforts, and translates ideas and campaigns into a website that actually supports them. You get an in-house web designer without the cost of a full-time hire, who leads decisions and drives growth and performance.
Everything in Partner, plus…
- 20 hours per month for website additions and optimisations every month (e.g. adding new sections, creating tailored landing pages, integrating new features, optimising a specific page based on analytics and SEO)
- Dedicated quarterly roadmap and performance review, and in-depth analytics review.
- Deeper SEO with audits to spot any technical gaps and high-performing pages, searching for opportunities based on keywords and trends, copy tweaks (opens up access to premium SEO reporting software for your website).
- 20% off any additional work (e.g. larger projects/additions outside of your retainer)
- Add more hours at £40/hour

- 12 LinkedIn posts a month: £600
- Blog post packages (plans can be tailored to your needs)
- 1 x 1000 word, 1 x 500 word article = £290
- Good for getting started at regularly adding value to your website to help SEO and user engagement
- 2 x 1000 word articles = £380
- Improve your SEO even further with regular longer articles (longer articles rank better on search engines)
- 2 x 1000 word, 2 x 500 word articles = £580
- Great for following a weekly blog article schedule to maximise SEO, user engagement and drive more leads as you provide your users with regular fresh content
- Google Ads and other paid ads
- Email marketing
- Fractional marketing support and management — enquire for details based on your needs
- Project management systems made using Notion plus ongoing support
Terms
Starting/cancelling
- If you start your plan 1 calendar month after your offboarding, there is a £95 set-up fee. This covers setting up any logins, onboarding you onto your own project hub and having an initial meeting. The set-up fee will be charged after you sign up for a plan.
- Once you sign up we can have an initial complimentary call to get up to speed on what we'll work on, set expectations and plan anything coming up.
- Cancel or change your plan and/or content plan at any time with 1 week's notice. There are no cancellation fees.
Retainer hours and calls
- You get a fixed number of retainer hours per month and they do not roll over to the next month.
- Retainer hours cover web design, web development, web strategy, content updates, site edits and fixes, and communication and support time (meetings, emails, messaging) outside of that agreed in your plan.
- Quarterly strategy calls and monthly catch-ups are optional for you to attend and do not count towards your monthly retainer.
- Additional work outside of your retainer hours is not guaranteed to be completed immediately, it is subject to availability. If you think you will regularly exceed your retainer, opt for the next plan up.
- I use time-tracking software to keep track of your usage. I will inform you when you are nearing your limit. I can also send time reports upon request.
- If you run out of retainer hours I will inform you before continuing any work and charge you at my hourly rate, subject to availability.
Payments
- You will be sent an easy sign-up link, managed by Stripe, which will set up automatic monthly payments.
- You will be charged on the 1st of each month.
- If you begin your plan partway through the month, the first payment will be prorated. Your first payment will be due when you start, and the next payment will be on the 1st of the following month.
Making changes and future work
- It is recommended that I carry out any edits on your site while you’re on a growth & support plan. However, you are more than welcome to make your own changes, but please bear in mind that any breaks that occur due to your edits will be fixed using your retainer hours. It will also be your responsibility to ensure any media or changes are optimised to prevent slowing down the site. For these reasons, it’s recommended that I carry out your site edits while you’re on a growth & support plan.
